All Ohio State Fair Band

Congratulations to five of our band students on being selected to take part in the All Ohio State Fair Band.  The students have been down in Columbus at the State Fair since July 28th and they will conclude their experience on August 8th.  The five students are: Josh Dean (Tuba), Brittany DeWitt (Flute), Alexis Homoki (Trombone), Samantha Homoki (French Horn) and Tom Ziebro (Percussion).

Charms Office Assistant

The Black River Music Department will be using the Charms Office Assistant to manage music accounts for each student.  Charms is a web based office assistant that allows parents and students to access their music account from any computer.
This system will allow you to:

• View Calendars
• Email Teachers
• Receive Mass Emails from the Band Directors
• Print Out Handouts
• Check Student Account Finances
• Print Receipts
• Check Points Towards Awards
• Much More

Please log in, and update the personal information, by going to the web link on the left of our web page and typing "BlackRiverMusic" into the "Parent/Student Log In".  Once logged in, please type the student ID# of the student into the field.  Your student ID# can be found on the student's report card, or you can email Mr. Richardson to ask for it.
